What will you be doing as Group HRIS Expert?
  • Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in the areas of Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee central and Compensation
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs and supports strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead HRIS projects and drive forward the Implementation of HR systems
  • Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
Who are you?
  • HRIS expert with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee central, Compensation, Time tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence management), Open Text, ATOSS, Predictive Index
  • Good understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
  • Experience In vendor selection
  • Project Management & Relationship management
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Fluent In English and German (written and spoken)
